There are two ways you can catch Dreepy during the GO All Out event: Find one in the wild or hatch one from a 10km Egg. The GO All Out event runs from September 3 until September 10, 2024, so you've got a week to find one using these methods.
It's worth pointing out that Dreepy will be a rare wild encounter during the event, so you may struggle to get one this way. To increase your chances of finding one, explore as much as possible while using an Incense to boost wild spawns in your location. Remember to also use the 'Nearby' feature to see if any Dreepy-like silhouettes are appearing at a nearby PokéStop. You can access this by tapping the rectangular button at the bottom-right-hand corner of the map screen.
If you decide to try and hatch Dreepy from a 10km Egg, note that there will be at least five potential hatches from this Egg tier, so it's not guaranteed that you'll get one this way either. 10km Eggs drop at random when spinning PokéStops or Gym Discs, and you'll need to have enough free space in your Egg box.
