LFG doesn't naturally support cross-faction play. However, there is a work around that you can use!

Due to the cross faction limitations on LFG, there's quite a bit of friction when trying to play with your opposite-faction friends. You can't queue for any dungeons, scenarios or LFR when in a cross-faction group. With 3 of the dungeons being off of Pandaria, this would normally make them inaccessible to cross-faction groups.

Here are the steps to cross faction LFG in MoP Remix:

Grab all your friends on the same faction and queue for a dungeon/LFR
Once the queue has started, but before the queue pops, invite your cross-faction friends.
Enjoy playing with your friends!

This seems to work only with dungeons and LFR, but not scenarios.
