You can redeem active redemption codes in Honkai: Star Rail on the game's official website or in-game. If you decide to use the website, you'll need to login to your HoYoverse account and select your server. You can then enter any of the above active redemption codes in the appropriate text field. You should subsequently get a notification confirming your redemption was successful.
If you choose to do it in-game, then you need to bring up the main smartphone menu and select the three dots symbol located above your Trailblazer Rank. A popup will appear, and you need to select Redemption Code. You can then enter any of the above active redemption codes in the field that appears.
Whichever method you adopt, you'll find your rewards in your Mailbox, which can be accessed from the main smartphone menu by selecting the envelope icon. Remember, you'll need to claim them to add them to your inventory.
