Using On NaraxasAs Naraxas is one of the hardest Tyrannical bosses in Mythic+ right now due to the high healing requirement from Toxic Retch combined with the RNG burst potential from Rancid Maw and Hurling Rocks. Using this significantly increases your chance of success of surviving the encounter, especially on high keys, as you remove a good chunk of the periodic damage, only leaving you with the bursty damage.
