A new buff to Pure Fiction has been mentioned in 3.0 leaks and, based on the rumored information, developer HoYoverse may be making another push toward the usage of Erudition characters – even if it is in the wrong way. Version 3.0 will be the next big patch for HoYoverse’s turn-based RPG. Not only will it introduce three new playable characters, two of which are on the brand-new Path of the Remembrance, but the update will also initiate a new year of story content, now set in the mysterious world of Amphoreus in .
The content, which includes new rumored maps, a continuation of the Trailblaze Missions, and much more should be the centerpiece of the upcoming Version 3.0 patch. The introduction of Remembrance as a new playable Path is also a big deal since this is the new Path since the game’s release in 2023 and it should bring new gameplay mechanics to the table. While new playable content will be introduced, it’s likely that the developer will also update previously existing content, such as daily farming in 3.0. Now, there have been mentions of a buff to Pure Fiction.
Starting in Version 2.8, players who challenge Pure Fiction may notice a buff, according to information provided by the leaker known as HomDGCat. The leak was shared in a post tagged as “” on Reddit, stating that Pure Fiction will undergo a rework and that on the second and third waves, when players defeat a minion, the boss will lose a percentage of their Max HP, and that the HP loss was increased from 2.5% to 3%. According to the leaker, the effect should take place in Version 2.8, but will likely carry on into 3.0.
