The greatly anticipated Hogwarts Legacy is garnering serious buzz in the run-up to its release date, and it is no secret as to why. The game is aiming to create the most holistic experience of being a student at Hogwarts that gaming has ever seen.

The upcoming Hogwarts Legacy is actively being developed by Avalanche Software and is being published by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, and is aiming to be an action-adventure RPG with a dynamic open world to explore. Largely set within the prestigious wizarding school of Hogwarts, the story takes place during the 1890s, a generally unexplored time period in the franchise. Gamers will be able to experience many facets of life at Hogwarts, including comprehensive character customization and the ability to choose a specific Hogwarts house.
The title will see players deeply involved in the life of being a student at Hogwarts, which will reportedly lead to a «dangerous journey to uncover a hidden truth of the wizarding world.» Within the game, players will be able to master a variety of spells, upgrade combat and traversal abilities, brew potions, and tame magical beasts as just a fraction of the offered experience.
