Hogwarts Legacy is poised to be the most expansive Harry Potter game to date. Developed by Avalanche Software, the game is set in the late 1800s, and it will allow players to enroll as students at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. There, players will be able to attend classes, learn spells and potions, tame magical beasts, make friends, and discover the secrets behind ancient magic that has made a mysterious resurgence. Hogwarts Legacy will not be strictly limited to the castle, however, and players will be able to travel to Hogsmeade Village to explore its enchanting streets.
As one would expect, every student will be sorted into one of four Hogwarts houses depending on their skills and values. The houses are an integral part of the Harry Potter universe, but movies and other media have spent a little too much time focusing on Gryffindor and Slytherin, to the detriment of Hufflepuff and Ravenclaw. Hogwarts Legacy has an opportunity to correct this, and give these two fantastic houses the attention they deserve.
