Ubisoft has announced that the servers for several Assassin’s Creed games will go offline in September. While the shutdown relates to older games that were released during the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 era, this is no doubt bad news for many fans.
From September 1, players will no longer have access to the online functionality for the 2012 release of Assassin's Creed 3, AC Brotherhood, or AC Revelations. This means that players will be unable to participate in stealthy online missions against others, and the associated achievements will be unobtainable. For players looking to max out their Xbox Gamerscore on these three games, the clock is ticking to have them completed in the next few months.

Thankfully, one player has decided to step up and highlight which Assassin's Creed achievements will soon be unavailable. Redditor isaaccosand has created a spreadsheet that highlights which requirements will need completing by September and also explains how each task is completed. The dedicated player has also separated out the relevant DLC packs required, and to ensure every player on Xbox has the best shot at achieving these multiplayer activities, the user has also offered to help the community in getting these achievements.
While on the face of it, this might not seem a big problem as all three games Assassin’s Creed games have since been re-released on newer hardware, the server shutdowns impact players who have yet to make the jump to newer consoles or those achievement hunters looking for the perfect Gamerscore.
