As players continue spreading the message of Super Earth across an assortment of deadly planets, their quest to spread democracy just became a lot easier thanks to the game's latest update. Shortly after Arrowhead Studios' latest project launched, the developer issued a content patch that added a bevy of environmental hazards like vicious lightning storms and the extremely potent fire tornados that can be found on Hellmire. These additions proved to be especially difficult for players to overcome so it comes as good news that they've been adjusted.
Per official Steam page, Arrowhead Studios notes that Patch 1.000.103 has been designed to make the game somewhat easier especially when it comes to dealing with severe weather effects. All hazards, which include "" will now occur less frequently, meaning they'll both feel more unique when they happen and players won't be dissuaded from visiting planets where they're a major threat. Additionally, meteor showers and volcanic eruptions have had their explosion radii reduced and the velocity of their projectiles has decreased.
Aside from reducing the severity of environmental hazards, Arrowhead Studios has also finally rolled out a fix that should see enemy patrols spawning on top of players a lot less frequently, which was previously a major cause of frustration amongst the community. The recently added mech suits have also been improved; Exosuits will no longer blow themselves up while firing off a missile mid-turn and can now use melee attacks even if they're damaged. Aside from these tweaks, the rest of the update largely focuses on fixing bugs, glitches, and game crashes.
