The first official images of My Policeman have arrived, showing off Harry Styles as Tom Burgess, a man caught in a love triangle as he explores his sexuality during a time when it is illegal to be caught in a gay relationship. Bouncing between two time periods, the young Marion (Emma Corrin) becomes Tom's wife, despite the fact that Tom is truly in love with Patrick (David Dawson). The cinematic adaptation of Bethan Roberts' novel is being directed by Michael Grandage (Genius), bringing the timely story to life with Styles at the forefront.
Making a transition from British pop-star and global musical sensation to multi-hyphenate actor-musician, Styles launched his acting career in 2017 with his role in Christopher Nolan's Dunkirk. His performance caught the attention of several Hollywood directors, earning him parts in Olivia Wilde's Don't Worry Darling and Chloé Zhao's Eternals. Now, in his fourth feature film, Styles is taking on a substantial role in My Policeman, exploring heavy themes of love, sexuality, and longing.
