Hulu's The Hardy Boys season 3 may happen. Based on the iconic series of mystery novels by author Edward Stratemeyer, The Hardy Boys was reimagined by Hulu as an adventure series with a supernatural flair and debuted its second season this past April. Fans are already hungry for more, as the second season ended on a cliffhanger.
An inside source revealed to TVLine that there is a general sense of hope for all parties involved that the third season will come to be. However, the source added there is no official word on whether the series will be renewed for season 3. The news comes after weeks of speculation on whether the series will continue after the finale left fans with many questions unanswered.

Hulu's The Hardy Boys premiered in December of 2020. The series follows brothers Frank (Rohan Campbell) and Joe (Alexander Elliot) as they launch an investigation into the tragic death of their mother, Laura. In the process, the brothers unravel a series of twisted secrets that lead to jarring discoveries. The second season saw the brothers dive into the disappearance of a classmate as they continued their detective work.
The origin of The Hardy Boys dates back almost 100 years ago, as the first novel in the series was released in 1927. Over the last few decades, countless media formats have brought The Hardy Boys back to life, including television and book adaptations. The latest adaptation from Hulu, will, hopefully, continue the legacy of the series after two successful seasons.
