Over the last two decades, Halo has captivated countless players all over the world. Since the advent of Halo: Combat Evolved, the franchise has managed to reach extraordinary heights, spanning numerous entertainment mediums besides video games. As a result, fans of Halo have latched onto various different facets presented throughout the series, from the different types of Spartan helmets to specific multiplayer maps.
If there's one component of Halo that has remained consistent across the series, it's multiplayer. For many fans of the franchise, themultiplayer of Halois one of the strongest elements the series has to offer and a large reason why that's the case is the large variance in map selection. With so many memorable multiplayer maps, spanning over several franchise entries, some certainly stand out more than others. This led one fan to diligently recreate one of the most memorable maps in the entirety of Halo using a surprising method.

Over on Reddit, a user named BenjsBuilds managed to recreate the Zanzibar map from Halo 2 using LEGO pieces. According to the user, the creation took almost 17,000 pieces to build, and the finished product is quite the sight to behold. Practically all the scenic landmarks and aspects of Zanzibar are included in this recreation.
While Zanzibar is originally a Halo 2 map, it also got an updated version in Halo 3 called Last Resort. Given the similarities between the two maps, as well as the top-down perspective of the LEGO build, it's hard to know which version of the map the creation pulls from the most. In any case, it's still an impressive creation that could only benefit further from a couple of Spartan minifigures to populate the map.
