Grand Theft Auto V Looks Mind-Blowing With Photorealism Mods in New 8K Video
Grand Theft Auto V was released almost ten years ago on PC, but with some choice mods, the popular open-world title by Rockstar Games can look as mind-blowing as some of the best games released in the current console generation.
A new video put together by Digital Dreams shows the fifth entry in the series running with mods like NaturalVision Evolved and GTA 5Real, among others, at 8K resolution. At times, it's almost difficult to say this is Grand Theft Auto V and not a more recent, current-generation game.

Fans of the series by Rockstar Games will have to make do with Grand Theft Auto V for a little while longer, as its highly-anticipated sequel will be released sometime next year. Given the game's ambition and scale, however, the release date could slip to 2026, although, as of last month, it hasn't been delayed internally yet. Its ambitious nature could also make it impossible for current generation consoles, including the soon-to-be-released PlayStation 5 Pro, to run it at 60 frames per second, forcing players who want to experience the new rendition of Vice City at high refresh rates to wait for the PC version, which has yet to be officially announced.
Grand Theft Auto V is now available on PC, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series X, Xbox One and Xbox 360.
