During the full-year financial report for 2023-24, the Embracer Group confirmed several games that will be released in the next fiscal year (by March 2025), including the Gothic remake, Killing Floor 3 and Titan Quest II. That's in addition to Kingdom Come: Deliverance II, which we know will be released in 2024, and three major unannounced games.
The announcement of Kingdom Come: Deliverance II, an internal IP developed by Warhorse Studios, a PLAION studio based in Prague has been received by players with great enthusiasm. It is an epic open-world medieval RPG set in Bohemia releasing on PC, PlayStation, and Xbox later this year. The title is expected to be one of the key releases in the PC/Console segment in FY 2024/25.
Apart from Kingdom Come: Deliverance II, important new releases in FY 2024/25 include Killing Floor 3, Disney Epic Mickey: Rebrushed, Hyperlight Breaker, Gothic Remake, and Titan Quest 2, alongside at least three other important, unannounced releases. The Gothic remake was originally confirmed to be in development in February 2020, following a demo released on Steam. THQ Nordic founded a brand new studio, the Barcelona-based Alkimia Interactive, to work on the project. Last month, the Collector's Edition became available for pre-order while the developers showcased some new Unreal Engine 5 screenshots of the Gothic remake.
Killing Floor 3 was unveiled at Gamescom 2023. It's also being made with Unreal Engine 5 at Tripwire Games.
Last but not least, Titan Quest II was announced in early August 2023. It will be an open world action RPG made in Unreal Engine 5.
