Over on Nexus Mods, creator WestAard shared their extensive «Texture Upscale Project» which does what it says on the tin by taking low-resolution textures and boosting them to 4K. A common complaint about is that some of the game's environments appear blurry no matter the graphical settings, a problem that stems from low-res textures being used for terrain and exterior structures. With the help of an efficient upscaler, WestAard's mod upgrades these textures, making every locale better defined and easier to read even with a zoomed-out overhead camera.
