Gigabyte has teased its next-gen Z890 AORUS Xtreme AI TOP motherboard ahead of Computex which offers support for Intel Arrow Lake CPUs.
Several companies are known to tease their next-gen products such as GPUs and motherboards ahead of the introduction of a brand new CPU and GPU architecture. This time, Gigabyte is the first to tease its next-gen solution which will be powering Intel's upcoming Arrow Lake-S Desktop CPUs.
The teaser comes from AORUS's social media channels across the web where the company is teasing a next-gen "2024" motherboard which has lots of resemblance to their existing Z790 products but of course, this silhouette only reveals so much and most of the goodies are still under wraps but we did out homework and we can conclude that you are looking at a motherboard for Intel's upcoming chips.
So starting with the details, in its official teaser marketing, Intel is using the word "AI TOP" which matches the recently leaked branding for the AORUS Z890 series. It is expected that Gigabyte will have diverse AI-enhanced motherboards within its top Z890 range, covering products such as the AORUS Xtreme and AORUS Master. Secondly, the motherboard can easily be seen as an Xtreme design as it features a similar cover plate that can be seen through the teaser.
