Miniclip has just soft-launched a new game, Ghost Invasion: Idle Hunter on Android. Miniclip is known for the Flash games and has dropped hits like 8 Ball Pool on mobile.
Love the movie Ghostbusters? Then, you’ll surely like this one, too, and probably even feel like Venkman, Stantz or Spengler. Ghost Invasion: Idle Hunter has dropped in Australia and the Philippines. There’s no update on the global release date yet, but I do hope, they drop it soon for global players as well.
The premise of the game is simple but thrilling. You’re on a mission to hunt down and capture restless spirits wreaking havoc in our world. Your challenge is to restore balance between the living and the supernatural.
You also face off against powerful bosses and swarms of minions. You’ll have a bunch of supernatural skills and equipment to upgrade, helping you fight the spectral invaders. And that includes attack speeds and capture radii.
The locations in Ghost Invasion: Idle Hunter are pretty cool and varied. You’ll be on quests through various environments, unlocking special missions that come with lots of rewards. As you progress through levels, you’ll unlock new locations, confronting endless spectral threats.
The game, as I mentioned earlier, is simple but fun. It’s like those silly games which don’t have logic but we love playing anyway because they’re fun. Evolving your hunter, collecting spirits and upgrading your abilities is what you’ll keep doing in Ghost Invasion.
The game boasts stunning visuals and haunting soundscapes that really suit its eerie vibe. If you’re ready to save the world from the pesky lost souls, go ahead and download Ghost Invasion from the Google Play Store.
