Genshin Impact Leaker Reveals New Selfie Event
New events are part of every Genshin Impact update, and they usually bring a lot of new content for players to enjoy. These events usually include various quest lines that grant precious rewards.
The last Genshin Impact update has brought the Lantern Rite festival which is based on the Chinese new year meaning that it will most likely be an annual event. Although the current 2.5 events are not even close to the end, multiple leaks have revealed the content that will arrive in the following update.

Genshin Impact leaks and rumors help create a lot of hype for new characters, weapons, or events even months before their official release. A recent tweet by a credible Genshin Impact leaker named Genshin Intel has revealed more information about one of the upcoming events named «Outside the Canvas, Inside the Lens.» This event will require players to take up to 14 selfies in different locations doing various things which include triggering the idle, elemental skill, or burst animations. Each of the pictures will grant 30 Primogems, 20000 Mora, and 2 Hero's Wit. This means that players will be given a total of 420 Primogems which is equal to 7 wishes.
The official live stream event has also confirmed that update 2.6 will bring a new Genshin Impact region named Chasm. The region's name has been displayed on the current in-game map of Teyvat for a long time now, and it seems like Hoyoverse finally made the decision to expand Liyue to the southwest. Chasm will also bring a new normal world boss named Ruin Serpent. Chasm will apparently have an interesting radial design with six new teleport points, including a new Statue of The Seven.
