Genshin Impact: Kuki Shinobu Hangout Event & Rewards Guide
Genshin Impact's Hangout Events: Series VI has arrived, commencing with a Hangout Event for Genshin Impact's Kuki Shinobu. Kuki Shinobu was the second new playable character added to Genshin Impact in the 2.7 update, following 5-star Hydro-wielding character Yelan. Shinobu arrived in the second half of the update, appearing on the rerun banner for 5-star Geo character Arataki Itto. The release of the new playable 4-star character on Itto's banner is no coincidence, as Kuki Shinobu is a member of Itto's Arataki Gang, serving as the gang leader's second in command.
Hangout Events in Genshin Impact are similar to Story Quests; however, they have multiple available endings. Hangout Events allow players to get to know more about each of Genshin Impact's 4-star characters, who don't get Story Quests of their own. Like Story Quests, Hangout Events require Story Keys to unlock, obtained by completing Daily Commissions from Adventure Rank 26 onwards. Unfortunately, Genshin Impact players who haven't reached AR 26 will need to wait until they reach this level before they can participate in any of Genshin Impact's Hangout Events.

In addition to the requirements that need to be met to unlock Hangout Events, there are several prerequisite quests Genshin Impact players must complete before they can enjoy Kuki Shinobu's Hangout Event, including the Perilous Trail Archon Quest, released as part of Genshin Impact's 2.7 update. Additionally, Genshin Impact players must complete Arataki Itto's Story Quest, Taurus Iracundus Chapter: Act 1, which requires Adventure Rank 40 to unlock.
