The free PlayStation Plus games for March 2024 are now available to claim. This month's PS Plus arrivals are a bit more numerous than usual, on account of including one content-packed piece of DLC.
All tiers of Sony's subscription service normally get access to three new games on the first Tuesday of each month. PS Plus members can add these monthly titles to their libraries and keep playing them for the duration of their subscriptions. This time around, the free PS Plus games for March include a bonus in the form of Destiny 2: The Witch Queen.
The rest of the new wave of additions comprises EA Sports F1 23, Hello Neighbor 2, and Sifu. All have become available to claim as of March 5. Destiny 2: The Witch Queen is the highest-rated release of the lot, with its PS5 version boasting a Metacritic Metascore of 87. Despite being an expansion instead of a standalone game, The Witch Queen is still available to all PS Plus subscribers because Destiny 2 itself is free-to-play.
As for the standalone games available to PS Plus subscribers in March, they offer a rather varied mixture of genres; horror aficionados can test their nerves in Hello Neighbor 2, while those who enjoy beat-em-ups can experience one of the most acclaimed games of this sort released in recent memory, Sloclaps' 2022 indie hit Sifu. Finally, Formula One fans with a PS Plus subscription get to play the most recent entry in Codemasters' F1 franchise. Granted, F1 23 will soon lose that title, as its newly announced successor is scheduled to hit the market on May 31.
PS Plus members have until April 1 to claim today's arrivals. Ditto for the unique cosmetic bundle in The Finals that's also available as part of this month's benefits, offering two Epic outfits and 12 Epic weapon skins. The next big update to the subscription service is expected on March 19, when Sony will be rotating its higher-tier content catalogs.
