A new rumor claims Assassin's Creed Valhalla protagonist Eivor Varinsdottir will hit the Island in Fortnite sometime soon. Interestingly, fan-favorite Assassin Ezio Auditore joined the Fortnite roster earlier this month, launching with a collection of in-game cosmetics that included Ezio's Hidden Blade pickaxe and the Assassin's Strike emote. This marked the first Assassin's Creed andFortnite crossover, but it wasn't the first time an iconic video game hero dropped onto the Island.
Previously, Epic Games' Fortnite has played host to guest appearances from the likes of God of War's Kratos, Master Chief of Halo fame, and the Tomb Raider herself Lara Croft. Aloy from the Horizon series has joined the fun, too, along with Nathan Drake, Ryu, and Jill Valentine. In 2019, a Borderlands Psycho even managed to leave his mark on the battle royale experience. It would hardly come as a surprise, then, if the next Fortnite crossover were to involve yet another hero from a major video game franchise.
