Popular Fortnite streamer Chica will reportedly be getting her own in-game skin, according to recent leaks. The Twitch creator would be the latest entry to the long-running Icon Series, which has previously brought skins that are themed after superstars like Anderson .Paak and Bruno Mars to Fortnite.
Fortnite players have come to expect the arrival of new skins. The massively successful battle royale title is one of the most popular live-service video games on the market today, and part of that popularity has arguably been the result of regular content expansions. While these expansions will sometimes take the form of major overhauls such as new maps, features, or gameplay changes, most of them are new skins and cosmetics that can be purchased through the in-game store. Hollywood celebs like Zendaya and Tom Holland have made their way to the game, along with fictional characters like Nathan Drake and Batman. Although these skins will rarely draw the same level of attention as a significant shake-up like Fortnite's recent Zero Build Mode, they still play a significant role in the overall content release schedule of the game.

According to long-time Fortnite leaker FNBRintel on Twitter, a new set of cosmetics based on Twitch streamer Chica will be coming to the game. As is the case with many of these new cosmetics, the Chica set will feature a consistent base character model and two alternate outfits, making for a total of three distinct looks for the Chica skin. It's unclear if other cosmetics, such as alternate backpacks or pickaxe replacements, will arrive alongside this new skin.
