For its Seventh Anniversary, Albion Online Brings Back the Living Legacy Event

Albion Online is back in festive mode for its seventh anniversary, bringing back the Living Legacy event, and even some gifts and cake.

The anniversary event is happening in all three server regions, with Albion Asia kicking things off today at 23:00 UTC/ 7pm Eastern. The Europe and Americas server regions start things off tomorrow, July 12th at 10:00. UTC /6:00 a.m. EDT.

Everyone who logs in during the event will get some non-tradable anniversary gifts, the Seventh Anniversary Avatar and Avatar Ring. The team has also prepared their latest anniversary video for this next milestone, reminding us all of some of the activities ready to do as well as the task ahead: hunting down all these wayward statues once again.

If you're new or you haven't participated in the past, the Living Legacy event involves the statues usually at home in halls honoring Albion’s legendary heroes suddenly appearing throughout the world in three difficulty tiers, offering rewards if you can challenge them successfully.

Constructs are the first tier, and you can fight them solo or in a small group. These will not appear on any maps, so you'll have to go out and find them. Defeat them for some common anniversary loot. Next up is the Colossus, which are stronger and appear on the local map when you're in the same zone and drop better rewards. Finally, you have Titans. You can see them on the world map from up to three zones away and you'll need this because they are best handled in a group, becoming an effective world event when they appear.

Defeat some of these statues for a number of rewards, which are tradeable and only available during this event. One of the new rewards this year is the riding horse skin, Seventh Anniversary Stallion. Anniversary Cake stacks with other foods and gives you a 15% Fame buff for 30 minutes outside of PVP. The colorful and festive Chromacannon Is a vanity weapon skin that will shoot fireworks.

You can celebrate through June 29th/30th.
