In today's Season 5: Season of the Infernal Hordes blog post, Blizzard discussed their upcoming Unique Item overhaul — and gave us a sneak peek via an image for the updated Harlequin Crest.

With this change, there's a massive possibility for one single Mythic Unique to grant a staggering amount of CDR — 66% CDR is the maximum possible amount if you're lucky enough to nail both a Greater Affix and all Masterworking upgrades!
