Super Mario Bros.: The Movie has been touted for some time, and even has been the subject of controversy, but the upcoming film adaptation of Nintendo's most famous franchise is coming and fans can now set a date to get their very first look at the project.
At New York Comic Con, at 4pm Eastern Time on October 6, attendees will be able to watch a teaser trailer for Super Mario Bros.
The Super Mario Bros. movie is about the eponymous plumber as he "travels through an underground labyrinth with his brother, Luigi, trying to save a captured princess," runs the official description.
Chris Pratt, somewhat controversially, is voicing Mario, while Charlie Day plays Luigi. Jack Black plays Bowser, while Anya Taylor-Joy is Princess Peach and presumably the captured princess in need of saving.Read more on thegamer.com
