The Super Mario Bros. Movie took over New York Comic Con, and Jack Black delighted the crowd by showing off his skill at voicing Bowser.
The Super Mario Bros. Movie revealed its first trailer at NYCC, showcasing the first look at several of the iconic video game characters. Audiences were delighted in particular by Black's rendition of Bowser, King of the Koopas, who had most of the trailer dedicated to his introduction. Fans also heard Chris Pratt's Mario voice for the first time, after it had been hyped up and held under wraps for months. Fans also got a glimpse at Keegan-Michael Key's Toad and Charlie Day's Luigi on the run from a horde of Dry Bones.
