Amid a busy March, Final Fantasy 14 released the patch notes for its 6.58 content update, which covered some bug fixes and adjustments to a few Job actions in PVP. Final Fantasy 14 also confirmed that Patch 6.58 would allow players to gain rewards faster from the Thaleia alliance raid and The Abyssal Fracture (Extreme) trial.
Patch 6.58 is slated to be the last content update to Final Fantasy 14 until the release of the Dawntrail expansion in the summer, barring any technical issues. The Abyssal Fracture (Extreme) trial received some adjustments, as the drop rate of the Lynx of Abyssal Grief Flute was increased further. The flute can also be obtained from a vendor in Radz-at-Han for 99 Voidvessel Totems. As for PVP Job adjustments, the Paladin's defensive power was tuned down while its offensive firepower received a slight buff. Plus, the Dancer's Honing ovation had its power from Acclaim stacks decreased by 50%.
