The treasure hunts in Far Cry 6 have you searching around all sorts of different places. In the case of And The Beat Goes On, you take a look around an underground club. Thankfully, it's not filled with patrons getting in your way as the place has long been deserted.

You just have to look at the interior of the building to realize nobody has been managing it for a while, as the whole place is a mess. Yet, it still holds some treasure in the form of a USB with some good music on it. Most people wouldn't climb around a derelict place like this for the sake of a few tunes, but Dani is different. So, if you want to do so as safely as possible, follow these instructions.
The starting point of the hunt is in the Valle De Oro region. More specifically, it's in the Cruz Del Salvador area, just northeast of Segunda. To find the entrance to the club, look for a sign that reads "Cueva Danza."
Under the sign, there is a bordered up door and an orange box with a note inside. Read the note to learn about DJ Bliss' hardship. Then break down the wooden planks to get inside.
Once you enter the place, head down the stairs. Eventually, you'll get to a large room. On the right of the stairs is a locked door, which you need to open to make your way to the prize. To do so, you must turn on the electricity.
So, head further into the room, and go up the small sets of stairs. Then look up to find a disco ball above and grapple onto it. Swing over to the little elevated platform on the western side of the room - use the compass on your minimap to see which way is west. Up there is a switch you must pull to turn on the power.
Now that the electricity is running, the door you passed earlier is unlocked. R
