Famitsu has published its estimated physical game software data for Japan for the week of October 21, 2024 to October 27, 2024.
Super Mario Party Jamboree for Switch remained the highest selling individual SKU, moving an additional 81,393 units, but new release Romancing SaGa 2: Revenge of the Seven was the highest selling game of all this week, opening at 70,367 units on Switch, 31,157 units on PlayStation 5, and 12,367 units on PlayStation 4 for an opening week total of 114,891 retail copies sold.
On the hardware side, the Switch family sold 67,724 units, the PlayStation 5 family sold 11,945 units, the Xbox Series family sold 1,201 units, and the PlayStation 4 family sold 38 units.
