When it comes to a firefight in , there's no one you want watching your back more than the ever reliable Mysterious Stranger, especially when he goes above and beyond and pulls off a cool trick. veterans are no doubt already familiar with the aforementiond Stranger, a clandestine figure who randomly spawns during V.A.T.S. to finish off whatever enemies prove too difficult. It's no doubt a fun Perk, even if it is somewhat unpredicatable, but what makes it even better is when bugs out briefly and prompts the assassin to suddenly become radical.
