Bungie today dropped the launch trailer for the latest season of Destiny 2, Season of the Deep, which brings back a familiar location.
Destiny 2: Season of the Deep is available now and brings with it new weekly story missions, the return of a familiar location, new activities, and a new dungeon. The planet Titan and Deputy Commander Sloane have mysteriously returned. Guardians begin the season on Titan to investigate a mysterious signal originating from below the methane sea. Owners of the season pass will get access to all weekly story missions, the new matchmade activity (Salvage), and a new fishing activity.
Season of the Deep also ushers in the first of two new Dungeons releasing during this year of Destiny 2. It’ll unlock at 10am PT and tasks players with plunging into the deep to secure long lost treasures. You’ll need either the Lightfall + Annual Pass edition or a Lightfall Dungeon Key to access this dungeon.
Destiny 2: Lightfall is available now on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, PC, PS4, and Xbox One. To learn more about how to access Season of the Deep, be sure to check out our handy guide.
