Sony has been setting up a shared universe for its Spider-Man movies, and these are all of the Marvel villains who are part of it. As of now, Sony’s Spider-Man Universe only has three movies to its name, with Morbius being the latest entry. Nevertheless, there’s still been a wide assortment of Spider-Man villains established in their universe already, either explicitly or implicitly.
Starting with 2018’s Venom, Sony has been developing a shared universe of Marvel movies based on Spider-Man characters appropriately called Sony’s Spider-Man Universe. This is their first attempt at a shared universe since the cancellation of the Amazing Spider-Man franchise. With the MCU handling the latest film adaptation of Spider-Man, Sony has been building up their shared universe with movies centered around other characters of the Spider-Man franchise and building to an introduction of the Sinister Six. The next movie in the SSU is set to be Kraven the Hunter in January 2023, with Aaron Taylor-Johnson playing the titular character.

Here is a list of every Spider-Man villain who is currently part of the SSU. Some of the characters mentioned on the list only have their existence given through Easter eggs, and anyone who has died in the movies such as Riot, Carnage, and Shriek won’t be counted. Additionally, while the Sony movies have been linked to the MCU in various ways, this list only concerns the villains who are in movies explicitly part of the SSU.
