Version 5.3 is the next big patch for HoYoverse’s action RPG: the update will add the final Archon Quests in the Natlan story arc, as well as introduce four new playable characters, such as Mavuika and the long-awaited Pyro Traveler in . The load of new content was detailed during the special event.
The Version 5.3 livestream showcased how the new characters work, teased the upcoming story missions, and highlighted the limited-time events and their respective rewards. Despite the lack of new map areas in Natlan, this is one of the largest patches since the introduction of the Nation of Pyro in Version 5.0. In fact, the annual Lantern Rite will occur during the update, too. During the Version 5.3 livestream, HoYoverse presented several codes for players to redeem, and doing so in time can grant you extra Primogems, which may be enough to net you a new character in 5.3.
In total, HoYoverse revealed three distinct Version 5.3 livestream codes during the event. Each of these codes will grant you 100 Primogems upon redemption, along with a few extra rewards. These rewards are not too much, but the 300 extra Primogems are very useful for pulling for new characters – considering you are capable of redeeming all three codes in due time.
