In March 2023, rumors and leaks from reliable sources ignited speculation of a new version of the PlayStation 5. More recently, information surfaced about potential upgrades to this rumored PS5 Pro model that could outdo its predecessor in many ways. The leak indicated faster rendering speeds by up to 45% compared to the regular PS5's capabilities along with improved ray-tracing performance almost triple what is currently possible. Moreover, it suggested increased processing power reaching as high as 33.5 Teraflops, which may result in smoother gaming experiences and more detailed graphics.
With the PS5 entering the later stage of its life cycle, new leaks have now emerged shedding light on the PS5 Pro's system memory, CPU, and audio specifications.
