- Enchanters can turn the Nascent Weathered Harbinger Crest into a Enchanted Weathered Harbinger Crest. These cost one Nascent Weathered Harbinger Crest, 30 Storm Dust, and 5 Gleaming Shard. If you don't have an Enchanting character with this recipe, you can submit a Public Work Order.
