If you’re seeking to expand your crafting capabilities in Elden Ring, you’re going to need a decent cookbook. Thankfully, there are plenty kicking about the Lands Between, just waiting for you to devour recipes and craft supplies. After all, you never know when you’ll need more arrows or the odd Oil Pot.

The more Cookbooks you acquire, the more items you’ll be able to make, so take the time to hunt them down. There are seven Armorer’s Cookbooks to be found, and this guide helps you locate all of them.
Before you get into the nitty-gritty of concocting the many, many items found in Elden Ring, you’ll need a Crafting Kit. This key item is found pretty early in the game, so you don’t need to fret too much.
We just so happen to have a Crafting guide you can follow for an easy win, so you can start manufacturing within minutes of starting your adventure.
For this cookbook you’ll need to head to Redmane Castle. If you haven’t yet cleared the castle, something which can be a daunting task, there’s a quicker way to dive in and get the Cookbook without having to run through countless enemies.
On the south side of the castle, outside the walls, you should see a graveyard. Take care of the bats, and then climb the ladder up the wooden tower. Along the wooden platform you’ll come to the ramparts, with two soldiers. The first can be sneaked past, and you should backstab the torchbearer looking out over the edge.
Drop down onto the stairs, and take out the soldier and dog, then head inside and defeat more enemies. Claim your Cookbook from the corpse in the corner.
