Elden Ring is one of the most highly anticipated games of the year, merging the Dark Souls formula with an open-world setting. Developer From Software has also confirmed that players will be able to take on extremely difficult optional bosses that are hidden in the world of Elden Ring.
Fans got to play a sizeable portion of Elden Ring during the Closed Network Test back in November. The Network Test was seemingly a huge success, and only increased the hype for the game. While Elden Ring comes out on PC and consoles, the Closed Network Test was only available to console users. Many fans have been wondering about how Elden Ring will perform on their PCs, but From Software had not detailed any system requirements until today.
Elden Ring Shows Off Bandit and Astrologer Classes
The system requirements for Elden Ring were listed on its Steam page for a short duration, but have now been removed. It only listed the minimum requirements, and the recommended section just showed «to be determined.» According to the removed list, Elden Ring will need a Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 or an AMD Radeon RX 580 at the minimum. For CPU, players would want to have at least an Intel Core i5-8400 or an AMD Ryzen 3 3300X. It needs a minimum of 12 GB of RAM and will take around 60 GB of storage space.

The GTX 1060 came out over 5 years ago, and it currently acts as the baseline for modern games.
