The Vessel of Profound Possibilities item is now located on the 4 main Covenant reputation quartermasters, available in Oribos or in the 4 main Covenant zones. The Vessel of Profound Possibilities no longer has a reputation requirement, but instead requires:

Souls Entwined, the final quest of Chapter 7 of the Covenant Campaign to be complete (Week 5 of the Patch). One of the following achievements: Mythic: Sepulcher of the First Ones, Shadowlands Keystone Hero: Season Three, Elite: Shadowlands Season 3.

This change removes the feeling of needing to grind to Exalted reputation in Zereth Mortis from players who were only looking for player power!
