The Hand of Malenia is a Melee Armament in Elden Ring under the Katana Class of weapons. It had a unique shape as it was originally the blade built into Malenia’s prosthetic arm. The Hand of Malenia does an increased amount of Blood loss Buildup (50) compared to the Uchigatana (45). Players can get the Hand of Malenia in Elden Ring by receiving the Remembrance of the Rot Goddess and returning to the Roundtable to speak with Enia, the Finger Reader.
In order for players to receive the Remembrance of the Rot Goddess, they will first have to defeat Malenia Blade of Miquella. Players will find Malenia’s Boss Arena at Elphael, Brace of the Haligtree. The Haligtree is located at the very top of the Map, past the Consecrated Snowfields. After players reach the Haligtree, they will have to navigate all the way to the bottom of the Haligtree area.

There will be a site of grace in front of the arena door called Haligtree Roots. After players have defeated Malenia, they will be rewarded with the Remembrance of the Rot Goddess. Players will then head back to the Roundtable and speak to Enia, to use the Remembrance in Elden Ring, to unlock the Hand of Malenia.
In order for players to properly use the Hand of Malenia, they will need to have 16 Strength Stat and 48 Dexterity Stat. The Hand of Malenia scales primarily with Strength and Dexterity. It is a very good weapon for Dexterity Builds and Bleed Builds. The Ash of War that comes with the Hand of Malenia is unique, which makes the player unable to switch or change the Hand of Malenia’s Ash of War or Weapon Skill.
