Nokron, Eternal City, is a breathtaking subterranean region in Elden Ring containing bosses, essential quest items for NPCs, and rare hidden valuables, such as the legendary Mimic Tear Ashes. While the Eternal City is a moderately mid to late-game area, players are able to access a lower section of the region known as the Siofra River. The underground ruins can be freely entered by taking the arcane-powered lift in Siofra River Well in East Limgrave.
On the other hand, Nokron remains inaccessible until players complete a demanding and challenging feat — vanquishing Starscourge Radahn. While Elden Ring fans may try their best to avoid seeing or hearing spoilers during their playthrough, many will have undoubtedly heard of Radahn as being one of the toughest bosses in the Lands Between. This concept comes as no surprise as the Starscourge's defeat is a turning point in the game's story, triggering a world event that opens the entrance to the Eternal City.

The boss fight with Radahn takes place on a battlefield on the eastern coast of Caelid. Challengers are advised to be at least Level 60 or higher, with an Equipment Upgrade Level in Elden Ring of at least +8 before facing him. The Demigod's mechanics are straightforward to comprehend yet vastly difficult to master. Despite being a hulking monster, the General can glide across the battlefield with ease and bring down his target within seconds. Nevertheless, once Tarnished have victoriously subdued the beastly warrior, a cutscene will play of a giant star falling to earth somewhere in Limgrave. This point is when Nokron becomes implicitly accessible.
