Throughout Elden Ring there are a number of Rises that can be found, but most of them are sealed shut and require players to solve a nearby puzzle to gain entry. Renna's Rise is a little bit different — instead of solving puzzles or jumping onto a jutting balcony, players need to progress significantly through one of the game's most interesting storylines.

The witch Renna, who players first meet in Limgrave's Church of Elleh, later reveals her true name to be Ranni. Her Elden Ring questline can be started by talking to her again at the top of Ranni's Rise, while Renna's Rise remains sealed shut until a few things have happened in the questline.
In Northern Liurnia there is a location just past the Four Belfries called The Three Sisters, which consists of Ranni's Rise, Renna's Rise, and Seluvis' Rise. Renna's Rise is the most northern of the three towers, and appears sealed with a magical barrier. The Three Sisters can't be accessed just from anywhere, though: players have to go through Caria Manor.
Caria Manor is an overworld dungeon in Northwest Liurnia that is quite literally crawling with enemies that look somewhere between a hand and a spider. Carefully navigate your way to the top of Caria Manor to find a large pool surrounded by chairs. Fight Royal Knight Loretta and you will be able to access the Three Sisters area and see Renna's Rise for yourself.
Renna's Rise is blocked off by a magical barrier, not unlike those seen in Sellia, Town of Sorcery. Head back towards Ranni's Rise and get to the top to speak with Ranni and begin her questline.
