Elden Ring: How To Get The Ancient Dragon Prayerbook
Elden Ring is full of powerful incantations, and players can wield the might of the ancient dragons’ red lightning once they obtain the Ancient Dragon Prayerbook. Incantations are spells that scale with Faith and require a Sacred Seal to cast, and players can equip them by memorizing spells at any Site of Grace. There are several ways to learn new Incantations in Elden Ring, and players can bring any Prayerbooks they find to an NPC tutor to unlock the ability to learn the spells it contains.
In order to find the Ancient Dragon Prayerbook in Elden Ring, players will first have to make their way to Crumbling Farum Azula. This floating island can only be accessed after players defeat the Fire Giant boss and agree to help Melina burn the Erdtree. After players arrive at the first Site of Grace, they can head west along the inner circle of the ruin until they reach the end with the large arch. Here, they’ll find the Crumbling Beast Grave Depths Site of Grace in the ruin to the left.

From the Site of Grace, Elden Ring players can proceed into the torchlit hall in front of them. There’s a large archway on the opposite side of the room that leads to a large stone staircase with a few branching paths. Once players take the stairs down to the lowest floor, they’ll find the Ancient Dragon Prayerbook on the pile of rubble in the center of the room. Unfortunately, some Elden Ring enemies may jumpscare players as they rush in to attack players from the corners of the room, so the Tarnished may want to take them out before grabbing the Prayerbook.
