The Grafted Blade Greatsword is an incredibly heavy weapon, with some of the highest stat requirements for an armament found so early in the game. It starts off with C Strength scaling, though, which can be upgraded by using Somber Smithing Stones, and the 40 Strength starting requirement makes it even more powerful when you finally are able to equip it.
The special ability that comes with this sword is Oath of Vengeance, which increases all the player's stats temporarily upon use. Because it is a unique legendary weapon, though, new Ashes of War cannot be infused with it, and likewise, Oath of Vengeance cannot be removed from it.
