The Cerulean Amber Medallion is a Talisman in Elden Ring that raises a player's Maximum FP by 6.5%. Casting spells from afar is undoubtedly a great way to effectively take down one's foes, yet having enough FP to cast magic continually is crucial in a fight. Accordingly, the Cerulean Amber Medallion can help Tarnished solve their mana problems by essentially providing them with an extra spell cast in Elden Ring.
To acquire the Cerulean Amber Medallion in Elden Ring, players must reach the Liurnia of the Lakes region, northwest of Limgrave. Liurnia can be entered by either defeating the Demigod of Stormveil, Godrick the Grafted, or hiking along the cliffside trail north of Stormhill Shack. After passing through the Laskyar Ruins, Tarnished will encounter Patches next to a Site of Grace on Scenic Isle. From here, travel directly south to find Lakeside Crystal Cave, the location of the Cerulean Amber Medallion in Elden Ring.
