Marvel's Smartest Hero Is Assembling Her Own Avengers Team

The Avengers and Marvel's smartest hero, Moon Girl, are teaming up for a brand new one-shot that will see the youngster work with Earth's Mightiest Heroes. This week, Marvel Comics revealed Lunella Lafayette will assemble alongside the Avengers in The Avengers and Moon Girl #1, as she's called on by the likes of Iron Man, Captain America, and more of the universe's greatest heroes to help them with their own dinosaur-related problem.
Moon Girl might only be nine-years-old, but the brilliant hero is considered the smartest character in Marvel Universe. Lunella Lafayette shares a psychic link with Devil Dinosaur thanks to her Inhuman powers, as she can take control of the giant red beast when needed and can even speak through the creature. The character will appear in her own upcoming Disney Channel animated series, Marvel's Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur, created by Laurence Fishburne and Helen Sugland. She'll be voiced by Diamond White, with Fred Tatasciore voicing Devil Dinosaur.

Moon Girl will team up with Miles Morales to look for her missing dinosaur in the upcoming Miles Morales and Moon Girl one-shot. Afterward, the smartest hero in the Marvel Universe will join the Avengers in another recently announced story. This week, Marvel Comics revealed The Avengers and Moon Girl #1 by Mohale Mashigo and Diogenes Neves. The one-shot will see Lunella Lafayette get the call from the Avengers as she takes to the stars in a mission alongside the team. Moon Girl will go from Wakanda to the moon as the Avengers need the brilliant hero's help in dealing with some «rogue dinosaur activity.»
