As an armor set only composed of a Cap and Robe, the Juvenile Scholar Set offers little physical protection but provides decent magical defense to its wearer. However, the set's main appeal will likely be its posh design for those roleplaying as a learner of the arts of Sorceries and Incantations. Moreover, those looking to wear the outfit for an extended duration could supplement its lack of protection by equipping suitable arm and leg pieces to complete their apparel.

After interacting with the Resurrection Painting in the Artist's Shack, travel to the Northern Liurnia Lake Shore and ride to the Caria Manor. The Juvenile Scholar Set is located in an area called Behind Caria Manor in Elden Ring, which can only be accessed by defeating Royal Knight Loretta, the mounted guardian of the manor. Afterward, Tarnished can exit the manor's walls by going out a small doorway in the back of the boss arena. Going to the left will lead adventurers to the Three Sisters, the sub-zone where Ranni's Rise and Renna's Rise are located. Instead, turn right and follow the wall until reaching the Site of Grace, Behind Caria Manor.
