Community Manager PezRadar of Blizzard announced today that there will be a server-side update to address the bug related to all-caps character names that was mentioned earlier in a discussion about the recent maintenance. Of note is the fact that, if you have characters created since the maintenance on Tuesday, you will need to take some steps to fix your keybinds, once the maintenance today is complete. For characters that were created after the Tuesday maintenance, you will need to follow the below steps.
Locate your character files here: C:\Users<User Name>\Saved Games\Diablo II ResurrectedRename the .CTLO and .KEYO files to the exact capitalization of the character it is forYour key bindings should now be fixedOR

Hi all -Today we will be performing a server-side update to Diablo II: Resurrected. This will NOT lead to any downtime for players and will be performed in the background.This server-side update is to address the bug related to all-caps character names which is also causing a mismatch to files where user keybinds are stored.This fix will address any characters that were created prior to our Tuesday (3/29) maintenance that had keybinds reset for each game session.
