Elden Ring has been out and about for over a week now, and just like the death toll, the numbers have only gotten higher. It has dominated the UK charts, overshadowed Horizon Forbidden West, and is even making its way to the top of Steam's concurrent player list. What's worse than having no maidens? Losing the ones you already have. Bandai Namco wants to make sure that you never go through such a tragedy, so the publisher put out a PSA warning about an issue related to Steam Cloud saves along with some recommendations.
"We are currently aware of an issue in the PC version of Elden Ring, where save data is not being saved correctly to the Steam Cloud under certain conditions," said Bandai Namco on its website. "If this happens, you will see an error message at game launch, stating that your local save files conflict with the ones stored in the Steam Cloud."
It appears that FromSoftware is working on more ways for you to die. A fully furnished coliseum has been found by dataminers in an inaccessible part of the map, probably to be used as a multiplayer arena or the stage for an epic boss battle.
The Roman-style coliseum features rows of seats overlooking a fighting pit and two side chambers to hold waiting opponents. Swords were scattered all over the arena as well. As of now, there's no telling what this will be used for, but Elden Ring will surely be getting a DLC of some kind.
