For Incantations, Prayerbooks serve the same function, unlocking new spells for Faith-based players to purchase from one of two priestly NPCs.

The Godskin Prayerbook is one that can be found in Stormveil Castle, but not in any place that players would normally come across. It unlocks two of the strongest early-to-mid-game Incantations, and it's well worth improving your Elden Ring parkour skills just to be able to get these if you plan to use Faith offensively.
The Godskin Prayerbook is tied to the «God-slaying Black Flame» per the item description, something in Elden Ring that players will have to discover more about on their own. As this description might suggest, the Godskin Prayerbook unlocks two dark Incantations: Black Flame and Black Flame Blade.
Black Flame is a high FP version of Flame Sling that deals more damage and lingers on enemies hit, dealing ticking damage for a few seconds after the initial damage. Blade Flame Blade imbues your currently equipped Armament with power of the Black Flame for a few seconds, which makes every strike deal lingering ticking damage.
To find the Godskin Prayerbook's location, head to the Rampart Tower Site of Lost Grace just before a wall with Sword Birds surrounded by explosive barrels.
