The developers of Elden Ring put some serious work into creating a wide array of unique weapons for players to find and unlock. There are tons of choices, giving Tarnished access to hundreds of possible build combinations. But some weapons are much better than others, as some come loaded with unique skills that can completely turn the tide of battle, especially when it comes to PVP.

A great example of this is the Coded Sword, a Faith-based weapon that can produce tons of Holy damage. This awesome-looking unique straight sword lets users tap into a skill called Unblockable Blade, making it one of the best options for breaking through heavily armored enemies like shielded Crucible Knights (or other players that favor shields). Finding the Coded Sword is, thankfully, relatively easy. Unfortunately, it's locked in a zone that most players won't access until much later in their journey. Those that want the Coded Sword will have to travel deep into Leyndell, Royal Capital. The easiest way to access the sword is to start from the West Capital Rampart.
